Warranty and Returns

Only the manufacturer's warranty applies. To activate the "Satisfied or refunded" service, please fill out the online return form and return the item within 15 days.

Return costs are at your expense. Any returned item must be new, unused, and complete.

Refunds are based on the value of the returned item.

Cerjo Switzerland SA reserves the right to refuse or reduce the refund if the product is damaged or used.
